2. Billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly via our payment provider. You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which paid features are disabled and your plan reverts to the free state. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use COPYZ only for lawful business purposes — managing orders and shipments for which you have a legitimate right to the customer information. You agree NOT to:
Use COPYZ to collect data you are not authorized to access.
Use the extension to harass, defraud, or harm any person.
Resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the extension.
Share or transfer your license key to others.
4. Your responsibility for customer data
Because COPYZ handles personal information belonging to your customers, you are the data controller for that information. You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy and data-protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and others) regarding how you collect, store, and use your customers' data. COPYZ is a tool; how you use it is your responsibility.
5. License
COPYZ grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for as long as your subscription is active. This license does not transfer ownership of the software, and may be terminated if you violate these terms.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of COPYZ after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
